About our garri
Garri (also spelled gari) is made from grated, fermented and roasted cassava, and it’s one of the most loved staples in West African homes. Use it to make eba to eat with egusi, ogbono or okra soup, or soak it in cold water with sugar, milk and groundnuts for a quick snack.
We stock every style. Ijebu garri is fine, crisp and sour, perfect for soaking. White garri makes a smooth, light eba. Yellow garri is mixed with palm oil for a richer colour and taste.
